Darby became a real estate salesperson in 1990.  In 1991 Darby began to concentrate her efforts in the field of real estate appraisal.

Saginaw County REALTOR Association

Midland County REALTOR Association

and several other local REALTOR Associations.

Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce

Darby is on FHA's approved appraiser list.

Darby also has a real estate broker's license but is not actively involved in the brokering of real estate transactions at this time.

Residential real estate appraisals.  Darby specializes in the appraisal of unique homes and properties that are difficult to value, as well as small income properties. When time allows commercial appraisals are also available.
